Dignity for Her
Our Objective
To provide urgent personal hygiene kits and education to girls and women in Gaza who are living in dire conditions due to displacement, war, and the collapse of basic services.
Why This Matters
Access to hygiene is a critical part of health and dignity. In Gaza, thousands of women and girls lack access to basic necessities like sanitary pads, soap, underwear, and clean water. Without these, they are at risk of infections, mental distress, and social stigma.
What’s in Each Kit
- • Sanitary pads (disposable)
- • Soap and shampoo
- • Toothbrush and toothpaste
- • Other essential items (when available)
Cost per kit: $50 | Goal: 2,000 kits
Target Groups
- • Displaced women and girls in tents or overcrowded shelters
- • Female students lacking hygiene supplies to attend school
- • Mothers and caregivers without access to feminine products
